Once they moved in, Adrienne began suffering from nightmares about the house and being killed by torture devices. She began exploring the estate and experienced strange phenomena such as the hands coming out the bed, floating entities above the baby crib, and voices echoing around the estate.

After some time exploring, she found upsetting letters from the previous residents and a bricked off chapel behind a fireplace. In the process, she accidentally unleashed a demon trapped within a box beneath a cursed book which then posessed her husband. Adrienne was then left to face the demon herself, sending it back where it came in an effort to save her husband and in the process, solving the mystery of what happened to the previous owners.

Throughout the game, Adrienne wears an orange sweater with black high-rise jeans and white sneakers.

Adrienne appears to be somewhere around her 20's to 30's although her age is never revealed in the game. Well, I have a thing or two to comment about the media's hype towards this game and Mrs Williams' alleged writing talent.

There is little to be said of the plot. Considering the sheer amount of gaping plot holes and lacking characterisation, it's easily apparent that the story took second place to the opportunity to show off some video effects.
