Star trek 2 when is it coming out

Who would have thought? Meanwhile, story of the former Borg and their Cube aka the Artifact certainly seems unfinished — their welfare is sure to be a priority for Picard himself and Seven of Nine, both former members of the Collective.

Maybe we were wrong! And I think that what Picard is wrestling with in this season — and this should come as no surprise in a season about time travel — is his own history.

Picard also has history with the Klingons, the Cardassians and practically every other race Starfleet has faced, so pretty much anything seems on the table at this point. And he feels that therefore he can be certain that his abilities have not become fractured. His skills as an ambassador, as a negotiator, as a decision-maker are still present. I think he is actually excited by the ignorance that he feels about the future. We also have a good idea of the overarching themes of the season thanks to Isa Briones, who plays Soji.

We're seeing these characters going through some hard moments and really leaning on each other and prioritizing their own mental health in order to save everyone else. And I think that's a very relatable storyline and a storyline that we need right now. She also talked about her character: "We're definitely seeing a new kind of level of her evolution as she's coming into her own. She's finally allowed to be who she is and be accepted by the universe, the galaxy, whatever you want to call it.

So yeah, we get to see her in this new, more certain place of who she is. And that's very exciting. De Lancie also said on Cameo that season 3 is in the works, and revealed how many episodes of season 2 he's set to appear in: "Q is coming back.

As a matter of fact, for the last two weeks I have been filming on Picard and really annoying Picard — really annoying him. I think they are going to be coming out — actually I don't know. But we are shooting season two and three all at the same time right now. The intention was for him to be taken into Federation custody.

I am doing Picard right now with — of all people — Mr Picard. So, that's been great fun. I am going to be working with Jonathan coming up here in a couple of weeks. So, it's great fun. He always makes things better than they are. While Spiner told TV Guide that, "I wouldn't really entertain the idea of doing [Data] again because I just don't think it would be realistic," he is up for returning as Dr Altan Soong — indeed, one of the reasons for creating the younger Soong was to make it possible for Spiner to come back in Star Trek: Picard season 2.

Interestingly, de Lancie also said on Cameo that he'll be filming a scene with Data: "I am on the next season of Picard. And Sir Patrick and I have had a whole bunch of scenes, which we thoroughly enjoyed working with each other. I have got one coming up with Data on this coming Tuesday. So yeah, we are moving along.

Sadly, there was no new trailer for that, but you may recall the teaser that dropped on First Contact Day in April. The courageous crew of the USS Discovery face … er, another anomaly threatening the galaxy, but instead of spontaneously combusting dilithium, it's a giant gravity field of some kind.

When the USS Enterprise crew is called back home, they find an unstoppable force of terror from within their own organization has detonated the fleet and everything it stands for, leaving our world in a state of crisis.

With a personal score to settle, Captain Kirk leads a manhunt to a war-zone world to capture a one-man weapon of mass destruction. As our space heroes are propelled into an epic chess game of life and death, love will be challenged, friendships will be torn apart, and sacrifices must be made for the only family Kirk has left: his crew.

Beyond the darkness, lies greatness. Rated PG for intense sequences of sci-fi action and violence. Did you know Edit.
